The purpose of the event is to give the local AI and technology community a practical introduction to how n8n can be used to connect AI with real business processes, applications, and data. The event combines inspiration, practical demonstrations, and community interaction.

- Step 1Welcome & introduction — short introduction from AI Meetup Helsinki and the n8n Ambassador.
- Step 2n8n introduction — what n8n is, how the ecosystem is evolving, and where n8n fits within the current AI and automation landscape.
- Step 3Practical demos / use cases — live examples showing how n8n can be used to build AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents.
- Step 4Community discussion & Q&A — participants can ask questions and discuss their own automation challenges and ideas.
- Step 5Hands-on / networking session — participants can continue experimenting, discuss ideas with other community members, and get support from people familiar with n8n.
The emphasis throughout the event is on learning by seeing, discussing, and building, rather than on sales or product promotion.
